I’m an Emotional Energy Healing Coach, Certified in SRT Clearing.

I am also a single mom to two beautiful girls.

I’ve been a hairstylist for the past 20 years. And all though I’ve helped so many people in those years. I am excited in pursuing my new passion of offering a solution to the situation as opposed to just being a sounding board and giving my advice. You could say I already have 20 years of coaching experience in my back pocket.

My journey to healing and self discovery began after my divorce. And continued to grow through each relationship I had to let go of. Each unfulfilling friendship where we grew apart. And releasing ancestral and family beliefs that no longer served me. Outgrowing my relationships and having to leave them behind. Healing that inner child that felt unloved and undeserving of love.

There is something to be said about having to pick yourself up and carry on in life while still needing to show up and care for the ones you love. Something I continue to do over and over again on my journey.

This is why I am passionate about guiding women. Helping them on their healing journey. So that they don’t have to feel alone like I did. Unsure of who to talk to? Who to turn to? Who would really understand? Thinking I had to be strong and have it all together all the time.

When I found SRT it was life changing, literally.

The peace. The contentment. The soul-filling shifts it makes in your life are incredible. To put down that weight you have been carrying. To let go of what is no longer serving you. To find new soul inspiring relationships. And most importantly to truly fall in love with yourself. Embodying who you were always meant to be. Unapologetically.
